Kauai's Trip to the Vet

So we took Kauai to the vet to get her booster shot and it turns out she's allergic to something in the vaccine! She had an allergic reaction and had to be rushed back to the vet for an IV and some benadryl. Her poor little eyes and face were so swollen. She was a big girl though!




Home from the vet-notice her bandage where they shaved her and gave her IV. Her facial swelling had gone down A LOT!!

Daddy's Girl

So Kauai is a daddy's girl. Who can blame her right? They love to play together and take naps together. She's sleeping through the night with Boston inside with her and we're doing good with going to potty outside-sometimes its hard for her and she has accidents during the night. She's so smart-learning how to sit and stay(only for a while). We start puppy class next week!

this past thursday we went to burtie county to get our new puppy. we are so excited to have her home. she's such a good dog-she doesn't like her kennel a night though! boston is very sweet with her and i know they will be the best of friends! here are a few pictures of her from jesse's phone. i'll add more as we take them as well as add some from christmas!
