GO TARHEELS!

Jesse took me to my first Carolina basketball game this past Saturday. It was so much fun!! We ate at the famous Time Out restaurant (which was OH SO GOOD by the way), we hung-out on Franklin Street and toured the campus before the game. The game was a huge blow-out since Presbyterian isn't that great of a team. Here are a few pictures from our day. I am in LOVE with Chapel-Hill! The picture of the chair Jesse said looked like "vera bradley print...but much cooler." :)

John and Leah's Wedding/New York Trip

Vacations are amazing!!

Last month we went and visited the northeast for a while. John and Leah got married in Connecticut so we decided to go up a couple of days early and spend some time with Jason, Amy and the girls. We also went to new york city since we had never been! We had such an amazing trip! here are some highlights from it. we are missing our sweet niece's already. They are precious little girls that are a true blessing!

New Addition to our family!

SO... I am so excited to say that we will be adding another addition to our family soon! No, sorry momma Newsom- I am not expecting! We are getting a puppy-another lab! She is sooo soooo precious. She was two weeks old yesterday- I was able to meet her but she's not ready to leave her mom just yet so we're going to get her around New Years. I am hoping she will be my running dog since Boston has issues peeing on everything. I got some pictures of us yesterday and I will hopefully post them soon. These are a few pictures that they sent me- She's the little one on the left with the black nose. In the top picture she's with her brothers and sisters! Arn't they sweet?

First Blog

So I am brand new at this whole blogging thing. I am really trying to get the hang of it-eventhough I'm not very computer savy!
